Pressure vessel

Known and recognized know-how in the design and manufacture of pressure equipment.

In 1969, the Fayat group diversified its area of expertise, showing a desire for development in the industry through the pressure vessels business, initially dedicated to tanks for compressed gases.
From this new activity and for 20 years, the group will have developed its know-how, its technology and will continue to successfully meet industrial, railway and more generally in the field of tank transport and other pressure equipment.
To meet the needs of a growing market, two flagships in the French industry, experts in the design of pressure equipment, joined in 1988 the pressure vessels division of the group. This is how the companies " Le Réservoir Massal" of Cap d'Agde (34) and "Réservoirs X. Pauchard" of Autun (71), find themselves integrated.
In 1999, Fayat continued its development by acquiring the company "Charlatte Réservoirs" based in Migennes (89). Custodian of several patents, including that of the tank bladder, one of the most innovative in the field of protection against hams, Charlatte Reservoirs will allow to densify and diversify the offer of the new pressure vessels division Fayat Group. This new acquisition makes it possible to offer a complete commercial offer, meeting the needs of the major players in the water business, complementary to the know-how acquired for many years in gas tanks. The reputation of the Fayat Group, in the design and manufacture of pressure equipment, is reinforced.
This is how the Fayat Group's boilermaking division is formed, pooling technical and industrial skills, enabling it to offer a technical and commercial offer, extended to various applications, such as the protection of water pipelines, storage for factories desalination, compressed gas, energy storage, equipment for housing...
